PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk will offer free admission to Ancol Dreamland from June 8 to June 19, 2026, between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., as part of celebrations for Jakarta’s 499th anniversary. The program, titled “Free Entry to Ancol,” is designed to give residents and visitors greater access to one of the capital’s most popular recreational destinations. President Director, Syahmudrian Lubis, said the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to providing inclusive public spaces while supporting the city’s anniversary festivities. He added that the program aims to make the celebration more accessible to people from all walks of life.
According to Syahmudrian, the anniversary period offers an opportunity for the public to experience Jakarta’s vibrant atmosphere while enjoying its connection to nature. During the promotional period, visitors will be able to enter the Ancol area free of charge and take part in various leisure activities. These include strolling along the beach, watching the sunset, and exploring a wide range of culinary options available throughout the waterfront destination. Guests will also have the chance to enjoy the popular Dancing Fountain Show, one of Ancol’s signature evening attractions.
To take advantage of the promotion, visitors must reserve their tickets through Ancol’s official website no later than one day before their intended visit. Reservations will be open from June 1 to June 18, 2026, with each person eligible to claim a maximum of two tickets during the promotional period. The free-entry program is valid only during the designated hours of 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and applies exclusively to individual admission tickets. Organizers emphasized that reservations are mandatory to manage visitor capacity and ensure a comfortable experience.
The promotion does not include vehicle entry fees or admission to recreational attractions located within the Ancol complex. Syahmudrian encouraged the public to celebrate Jakarta’s 499th anniversary by enjoying a safe and memorable evening by the coast with family and friends. He expressed hope that the initiative would allow more people to experience public recreational spaces and take part in the citywide festivities. The company believes the program will create joyful memories for visitors while highlighting Ancol’s role as a key destination in Jakarta’s anniversary celebrations.
